Massage sessions are customized for your needs with swedish and indian relaxing strokes, deep tissue techniques and movement therapy in combination together. After a brief orientation, I will leave the room giving you privacy to get on the table. Draping is used and only the part of the body being worked on will be un-covered. Relax and enjoy! I use the highest grade oils and lotions for a smooth glide and to nourish the skin.
Massage therapy sessions can be made for 30, 60 and 90 min sessions, though most appointments are an hour.
